Summary of Duties:
Patsy Napoleon is responsible for the daily management and operation of the community, including but not limited to:
– Coordinating maintenance and repair of common areas
– Handling resident concerns and requests
– Managing vendor contracts and services
– Overseeing rule compliance and enforcement
– Preparing association meeting notices and documents
– Assisting the Board with financial and administrative matters
– Ensuring compliance with association governing documents and applicable laws
